I have an undergraduate degree in computer applications - (My degree entailed a lot of programming) I am looking to do a good masters in IT but would prefer to keep away from the programming side.

Which University would you recommend for me?

    Thanks

Oxford or Cambridge, Harvard isn't too bad either if you're not too bothered about prestige.
