eek!

bit strange but I have just stopped eating.
got back to uni on sunday and had a sandwich for dinner, monday - 3 bags of crisps and toastie, Tuesday - 3 bags of crisps and some mini rolls and Today some toast.
Went drinking yesterday night and obviously hadn't eaten, drunk a double vodka and cranberry, a glass of a cocktail pitcher and a barcardi breezer and woke up feeling sick like a hangover even though i was only a bit tipsy.
Just wondering about this loss of apetite really. I'm a person who is usually ALWAYS eating and its happened the moment i got to uni.
Any idea's people?
That's really wierd... I've lost my appetite completely in the past few days.... must be summat in the air

Maybe there is something on your mind people's eating habbits often change when they are in deep thought

I always find I lose my appetite if i'm busy, maybe you've just been that up the wall with work/revision/coming back to uni it's affecting your appetite? I'm sure you'll get it back eventually, just in the meantime make sure you try to eat something substantial,or else you'll end up ill.

the human body is'nt realy designed to eat everyday. ment for periods of feasting and then fasting. as the weather begins to improve we require less energy to keep our bodys warm. if you are not very active you will not require as much food either.
i wouldn't worry, jus as long as you keep drinking, and eat something a day or if you begin to feel faint or tired.

I've lost my apetite recently, I reckon it's normal to go through phases of being hungry all the time, and then having no interest in food... your body just probably isn't in need of many nutriets which is what happens if you have a healthy diet, your apetite is reduced.
i tend to eat less whilst being in uni - think its because im pretty lazy and hate preparing food whilst at home its the majority of it is done for me (got to love mums). its not a good idea going out drinking on an empty stomach so try and eat something filling before you go out and you'll feel heaps better in the morning. other than that i wouldnt worry too much
you eat too much crisps
And trashy food.

Eat some fruit might bring your apetite back, you will probably find this is your bodies way of telling you to eat properly
