Neurozan

The other day I was in Tesco waiting for a prescription to be filled, and I was looking around the shelves with the vitamins and stuff, and I found this supplement called Neurozan. It's supposed to maintain and improve brain function and performance, so I thought I'd try it. I just wondered if anyone else has taken it/is taking it, or had anything to offer? I've been taking it for a couple of days, I'll report back at some point lol.

Its contents with RDA:

Vit D (as D3) 100%
Vit E 600%
Vit C 50%
Thiamin (B1) 1429%
Riboflavin (B2) 200%
Niacin (B3) 100%
Vit B6 500%
Folacin (as Folic Acid) 250%
Vit B12 5000%
Pantothenic Acid 200%
Iron 50%
Zinc 100%
Magnesium
Copper
Selenium
Chromium
L-Arginine
Glutamine
Glutathione
Omega-3 Oil
Co-enzyme Q10
Phosphatidylserine
Phosphatadylcholine
Natural Mixed Carotenoids
Lecithin
Sounds like a run-of-the-mill multivitamin to me

Although omega-3 is supposed to improve brain power

Hope it works

Allegedly, according to the packet:

*Phospahtidylserine and co-enzyme Q10 are active bio elements to maintain efficeint functioning of brain cells
*Vits C, E and trace minerals defend against free radicals
*High purity Omega-3 DHA concentrate + vit B complex may help maintain the nervous system and wellbeing related to brain function
*L-arginine is important for the natural production of a neurotransmitter used in information retireval including learning and memory
*Glutamine, zinc and glutathione are all involved in brain chemistry and are important to brain cell health.

Even if it doesn't have the brain power enhancing stuff, I could probably do with a good multivitamin anyway.
Nature's Best do a great variety of quality vitamins, and at a good price. Beats the highstreet stuff, as they're much more potent.
