A vote for the sexiest girl in UKL...
even in intellectual circles women are seen as sex symbols even if it is figuratively...
i suppose in this case the sex appeal has to do with the mind and not the body!! alas!! we have evolved to the days when not only women bodies are seen as objects but their minds as well.

I guess living in a patriarchal society it is virtually impossible for women to be seen as truly equal to men. Implicitly embedded in society is the view that one of women's main role is to provide pleasure to the men!!
Even if evolution has caused it to be intellectual as well!!
In summary, just unlike a lot of "interllectual" feminists, don't take a quasi-marxist approach saying that it is the Male capitalist hegemony, which has subordinated women when really nature has determined the natural order of things!!! Typical bloody feminists, always blaming blokes  ...blame society, not us  Joking people just in case I am subject to an onslaught of regurgitated Socialist worker party propaganda with a feminist stance

Let's say that a ship's sinking and there aren't enough boats to go around. As the rules state, the captain orders "women and children first!". Is this sexist?

A woman annoys Respectable Jim by slapping him round the face with a wet fish. Jim ignores her and walks out. When the man does the same thing, Respectable Jim breaks his nose broken. Is this sexist?

A man and woman divorce and both of them love their children equally. They both have steady jobs and they both want custody of the kids. At court, it's proven that the man would make the best parent. Custody is then given to the mother, simply because she's a woman. The man gets weekend access only. Is this sexist?

Men are expected to buy women drinks, open doors for them, let them go first all the time and treat them with first class respect. Is this sexist?

If a woman is brused in anyway, people jump to the conclusion that the husband is being violent. If the woman lies and it gets to the police, he looses every sense of respect he ever had and the police would charge him to the full extent of the law. If a woman beats her husband (and it does happen a lot) nobody would take it seriously.

Women are free to say what they want, express their emotions and look stupid. Men are tied down by this social code that stops them from having fun. For instance, a woman can kiss any person randomly, or slap their bum and brush their hair. If a man even touches a woman, he'll be probably be labled a pervert.

    women can wear men's clothes

    women get maternity leave,

When women moan about sexism, their case is taken seriously. Male sexism is generally ignored.

Men can't be dinner ladies, nurses or receptionists without being laughed at. Women can do any job they want.

    Women live longer

Women get more pleasure from sex (nature's sexist)

    Women have multiple orgasms

they don't have to shave everyday

they don't have to worry about baldness.

Sorry but what's your point? A male's duty is to admire a woman's natural beauty, this is part of our evolution. Now go do the dishes. Thanks.

Edit: My karma's gonna burn for this one

thanks for proving my point in your statement!!
    A) be honest, in society how many men actually 'respect' a woman's sex appeal or do majority try and compete with their friends to see who can 'lay' the sexiest woman? How many men have harassed women because they are seen as sexy and as such deemed to be 'a slapper'... I know of cases where women have been raped because she was 'asking for it' by dressing SEXY!!

B)your point about the effect of a beautiful female on a male!! What effect are you talking about? surely you dont mean intellectual stimulation...

    lets be real shall we...
we dont have to rant and rave but the issues are staring us in the face!!
well not anyone I know, if you pull a slapper then you pull a slappers, you don't gain respect for an act of desperation. It depends what you're idea of sexy is, mine has nothing to do with slappers.

    b) Are you trying to say intellectual women can't be sexy. Sexiness is a complete package. Why are you trying to make being sexy and celebrating it a negative?
