Advice on how to get my guy

Hi,
There's someone I really want and have liked him for about 4/5 years. I need some tips on how to get him. I have been texting him recently and have asked him if he would like to meet up just for a couple of drinks etc when he is next home as he is at uni, and has agreed but i cant wait till then, should i spice up the texts? what kind of things should i be saying-arrrghhhhhhh.

I have the same problem! I have liked a guy for 4 years. If it makes you feel any better, i am in the same situation, apart from we are both in he same college. So if anyone has some tips for me aswell i will be greatfull :smile:

Best not to do it by text, that would scare me, make you into some kind of stalker to be avoided. When you meet up face to face, tell him how you feel, chances are as a bloke that he hasn't noticed yet!!

Might sound a bit obvious but does he know you fancy him? I mean you've obviously been friends for a long time, maybe you could up the game a little by actually saying you miss him and can't wait to see him etc etc to see what his reaction is.
