Posh persons at Bristol

OK, before you all jump to the wrong conclusion, I'd like to say this is NOT about public school people, there are more than enough threads about that..

I would like to know however, how many people (specifically lasses ) in Bristol have a posh accent? Not a 100%, Queen's English, overly posh accent, just a voice that sounds more posh than the average Tyke.

Not that it's anything to do with discrimination or prejudice, it's that I find them a massive turn on

Pointless thread #7 heh

My flatmate used to tell me I was posh. But she added things like "stuck up" and "posh school" to the mixture (even though I didn't go to a posh school and I'm not stuck up). I think she has quite a lot of issues though.

Posh is a relative term. A friend who moved to London from Liverpool for a few years was said to have turned "dead posh" when he returned, yet to me he still spoke scouser.

Nah, probably shouldn't talk about her anyway because she goes on here, but I think the best plan is just to leave her to herself. Everyone else seems to.

Thanks anyway!

So. No posts related to the thread at all... lol

Also NJA, I said in my original post "posher than the average Tyke" to quantify the level of posh accent that causes a stirring in my loins...

Ummm I would say about 60% of girls have a posh voice - SUBJECTIVE JUDGMENT

Well if we're talking posh accents in a sexy way, of course I have one!

Me, I go for scruffy northerners.

I have a 'posh' accent, but unfortunately am not available. I will happily introduce you to my friends though!

 Groovy.

How will you do it though? "Hey, I want you to meet this guy. No, I don't know what he's like, but he has a picture of Stewie from Family Guy as his avatar!" heh...

lol - i would say my accent is 60% posh but being a west country local it has a tendency to fall into good old bristolian! not really a turn on!
