Sore/cracked feet

Ok,sorry if anyone hates descriptions of feet lol...but basically...this year my feet have really suffered over the winter for some strange reason! The skin on them is quite dry and there are some bits where it's gone a bit hard....also I have loads of quite deep cracks which are a bit painful! Can anyone suggest a cream to put on them or how I can make them better? Is there anything I can eat or do to my feet to get rid of it?

go to boots and get some cracked heel balm

You could see a chiropodist, they'll give you some help and your feet some TLC

atrixo (sp?) is good but don't know if you can use it on feet - nip to Boots and have a look. Hope it gets better soon!

Rub a pumice stone over your dry bits - it'll get rid of flaky skin v quickly

vaseline does the trick. First soak in warm water, then rub gently with pumice stone, dry well (!!). Then slather on vaseline and put on socks. Leave for 1-2 hrs, best done before going to bed and left on all night. Repeat every other day till better.

I use "Fair Trade Foot Lotion" from Lush to get my feet looking lovely for the summer. It's Lush, so all natural ingredients, and it smeels really nice (minty!) More importantly, it helps soften hard bits of skin and is really good if your feet are tired or sore.

You could try rubbing some olive oil on.
My mum did that about a week ago and her feet (her heel actually) are smooth now.

If it's seriously cracked go see your GP. Years ago I had the same thing and it was something to do with over production of Keratin, he gave me some prescription cream and it cleared up in a week or two.
