Uncontrollably sweaty hands!!

My hands seem to be permanently clammy. I also have bad circulation which means that they're often cold and purple as well.

The sweatiness is so embarrassing though. I hate having to shake hands with people and when it comes to holding hands with guys, I'm always paranoid that they're gonna be thinking, "Ew, her hands are so sweaty!"

Does anyone else have this problem, and can you get rid of it?? It's reeeeaaallllyyy bugging me.

I did a few times last year. I noticed when I touched a desk and say the wet patch left.

heh.

Hardly permanent.

Stress related perhaps?
Or genuinely too hot?

i get that sometimes - sounds a bit daft, but when i force myself not to think about it then they stop getting clammy. maybe its psychological.

You may, like me have a condition called hyperhidrosis; excessive sweating. What you describe is palmar hyperhidrosis.
It is either primary HH (an unknown reason) or secondary (known) i.e stress etc..
