Iodine Clock Graph

When I plot the graph for the iodine clock experiment and plot log(1/time) against log(volume KI) and do a line of best fit, is the gradient of the line the value of the order of I- in the rate equation?

Also, apart from the apparatus what else could be a source of error? I can only think of temperature.
