Hi ive noticed my knees are bent inward, causing me a lot of pain, i have flat Is there such thing as not having ur kneew caps aligned properly?

Knocked Knees. Indeed, it's not very stud-like... :P Probably too late but you can take physiotherapy for that kind of stuff. Better to do it now than never though.

could be a condition called patella sublexation. this is where your knee caps arnt tracking properly. Physio is the key. Look this up and if it is the thing you have then go see a doc. In the mean time do quad strengthening exercises as building your quad muscles helps pull the knee caps back in place

First I'd talk to your parents and ask if they ever had/have any knee problems, because these things are often inherited. I inherited shin splints and problems with my kneecaps from my mother.

Then I'd visit your doctor, who can thoroughly examine you. It's quite hard to tell these things from the exterior sometimes, but the pain might be quite indicative of the specific problem. Then depending on the diagnosis, and depending on how much it affects you- you might just be advised to leave it, or you might get referred to a physiotherapist.

Good luck! I hope it goes ok
I did physio for this and it improved, the pain went entirelly after the treatment and I just do a few of the recommended exercises occassionally.

It's basically pain in your shins, usually caused by over-use or running on hard roads and the consequent inflammation of the sheath surrounding the shin bone.
