Amphetamines...

Why don't you want caffeine?
Reply 2
Whenever I have it I feel like I have a comedown afterwards.

I don't readily have acess to amphetimines, unfortunately.

every so often, splash your face 20 times with really really cold water. i regularly do all-nighters and it's seriously the best way. also, don't turn all your lights off and just sit in front of the glow of your computer; keep lights on, it will keep you more alert.

AND NO MUSIC WITH WORDS. that is my pet peeve; if you must have music playing make sure it's classical or acoustic and nothing too distracting otherwise your brain will get in a muddle and you'll fall asleep. good luck  x x

Well that's the best thing you can eat/drink.
A couple of syringes of adrenaline might help.

Ah yes, and that.

when do you have exams????

Tea has quite a low ammount of caffeine in, so you would probably experience a less of a 'crash' drinking that. As for eating just have a snack every so often.

If you plan to stay up the whole night a half an hour nap (set an alarm clock) can sharpen your mind half way through the night.

Cheers for the advice, I don't have exams for about a month. I didn't mean revising in that sense, I meant re-doing coursework to a higher standard.

And if all else fails: Viagra.

Hey, I'm going to be up most if not all of tonight revising courseworks. So is there anything I can eat/drink that will keep me alert, and will forgive me for not sleeping for tomorrow daytime?

Preferably not caffeine orientated...

Cheers.

Amphetamines

Keep on trucking :top:

If only....
normally i take pro plus, but i suppose it's just caffeine

what about energy tablets such as dextrose, they might work
Have a little one-hour (or less) nap but stick to it. Don't be tempted to sleep a bit more...

and don't have a ****. that's a killer.

id say go to sleep and wake up a bit earlier.

Ooh, me too. Coursework sucks. Ive been staring at my computer screen too long and my contact lenses are drying up :p:

Im not really sure what you should eat or drink, i was gonna suggest drinking coke but that's caffeine orientated so i guess not .........

Well the reason I said non caffeine orientated is because we don't have any - mums one of those 'if you eat that you'll get cancer/blow up/turn into a woman' type people.

yeah my eyes are getting itchy and its only 1am, tomorrow at schools going to be a killer!

Ah well, you'll have the lessons to sleep in.
I'm up all night too...good luck!

Bananas are good because they contain lots of potassium, which helps build nerve synapses in the brain and therefore keeps you alert - or so I'm told. It seems to work with me anyway.
