Hey guys, I am doing the IB with gruelling subjects like History in my Higher Level. The problem is, I procrastinate WAY TOO MUCH. I mean, I know its upto me to stop and everything but it really is getting annoying now and I end up doing all my work last minute and getting really really stressed by the IB. PLEASE HELP! This can't go on for the rest of the year

Yeah, I feel for you sis. Now get off TSR.

I find it helps if you can find a space without distractions (such as an empty room or a library) or, failing that, remove ANY source of distraction from your room. There's never an easy solution I'm afraid, as it all eventually comes down to willpower. If you want, and I mean really want, to do well you'll get rid of distractions and pretty much force yourself to study until you get used to it.

It also helps to have a set time per day to study, for example from 5pm to 8pm everyday, to get into the habit of revising. Worst case scenario, you can stay up all night like I'm doing now to make up for wasted revision time. Just pray you don't end up whiling your time away on TSR! :sigh:
