Fitness routine that can be done at home watch

    • Thread Starter

Im looking for a fitness routine that can be done at home. I do Pilates and a general fitness class at the gym. I'm looking to lose a bit of weight, especially around my belly.

Can anyone give me any advice?

Loosing weight is more about diet than exercise so sort that first.

Then just whatever you enjoy and will stick at. You want to be burning calories, how you do that doesn't matter. Pilates isn't a particularly effective way to burn calories. I'd say make yourself a circuit of exercise you know and do then as fast as you can for 30-45mins, aiming for as many laps of the circuit as possible. Or find an exercise class type video on youtube and do it. It really doesn't matter, just move more. Remember to move more generally as well when exercising-take the stairs, get off the bus a stop early, walk around during the ad breaks ect.
