    Think the cod liver oil will help reduce acne. I'm taking Seven Seas Pure Cod Liver Oil plus A-Z Multivitamins tablets twice a day. Doesn't have zinc or iron in it, but I heard vitamin A might cause harm.

    Does this list of ingredients look safe if I take it twice a day? Morning and night?

    Surely if you eat the correct foods, taking these extra supplements shouldn't be necessary? It would also probably save you more money in the end [by eating the correct foods].

    The first reason that makes people use medicine in the wrong way is they have limied knowledge about medicine and pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacology. What about you? If you have knowledge about the notion, source, important role and action mechanism of medicine on the body people, you will help people use medicine in the safest and the most effective way. The action mechanism of medicine comes from plants is different from medicine coms from organic compounds, semi - synthetic or synthetic compounds. Therefore, you can give the best advice about which medicine people should use in each certain case

    As most have said, it's mainly just a waste as your body won't take more than it needs. That being said, some vitamins can become problematic in certain people if you over consume them.
