I improved so much surprisingly ... i got 108 ums up from 84 last year :biggrin:

Wish I had improved it that much!

For Question 15, can someone explain why 2-methylpentan-3-ol is a secondary alcohol?

Because the OH group is attached to a carbon with 2 alkyl groups...

had it been 3-methylpentan-3-ol then it would tertiary because the OH group is attached to a carbon with 3 alkyl groups.
