So my Mum accidently unplugged the Sky plus box and now the red light won't go off. Just wondering if anybody has any suggestions to help make it work again?

Whatever you do don't move it around.

It should be fine to be unplugged, so you could always try unplugging it again. It's not like they break if there's a powercut.

What works for me is turn if off from the wall socket. Leave for 1 min. Turn the power back on and wait for a fair amount of time-sometimes up to 10 minutes. After that all is ok.

    Hope that helps
