aqa psych - same ao3, ssme essay, different studies

I do AQA A psychology.

On the essays we get ao3 marks for criticising studies for bias etc that affects the reliability or validity.

Can you use the same ao3 point twice in one essay, but on different studies and get marks for it both times? So say for your ao2 your have two studies that were meta-analysises. If you mention the problem with meta-analysises both times, will you get 2 ao3 marks?

Also another problem is that although there are ao3 marks, they're usually bunched in with the ao2, so for a 24 mark essay it would say blah blah blah (8+16) which is obviously 8 ao1, 12 ao2 and 4 ao3.

So can they only split the ao2/ao3 marks up the following ways if they're bunched together? 16(12+4) 12(9+3) 8(6+2) 4(3+1)

Or are they likely to do it how they've done it so far since the start of 24 marks per section? 2x10 (4ao1, 6ao2) and ao3 on it's own?
