As the title suggests, is it easy to shift courses at Warwick? Say from economics to law, or vice versa. Or say, from English to History or from Engineering to mathematics.

The more similar the two courses, the easier it will be.
If the two are offered by the same department or even sub-faculty it will be easier.
But it really depends on what those courses are, and which term of which year you're in.

You would have to fulfill all of the essential entry and course requirements of the course you want to transfer onto.

Do you have any specific courses in mind?

Engineering to maths would be near impossible after the first few weeks in my opinion, simply because of the amount of content you will have missed from maths. Also you would probably need the A levels grades for maths to swap. I can't speak for the rest :P
