    so for payment my tutor told me to get a postal oder which i got last week but haven't posted yet because of christmas post
    instead of handing it into college i'll post it to them so they get it quicker as i'm not in for another week

    my question is how does the college know the postal order is from me?? on the postal order it just says the colleges name and nowhere to put my name? shall i leave a note in the envelope with my name and form tutor and that?

    This is a really stupid question. If you can't figure this out yourself then are you sure you should be applying to uni?

    well you're a lovely person aren't you pal

    my point is a postal order is another form of a check
    and a check is not valid without a name and signature
    so i have doubts how it would go through

    Write your name on the back of the postal order
