Right, so firstly I’d like to say that I work out and therefore have a diet which involves eating a lot, and have been doing so the past few days, eating a lot of hard foods in a short time including nuts and other foods. My mother noticed a few days ago that my face muscle had swollen up, I still don’t see it when looking in the mirror, but other people have told me now too. I believe it’s the masseter muscles on both sides of my face. I don’t feel any pain or anything, my face apparently looks weird. What should I do to reduce swelling?
