Ok I suffer from depression, before I did I was never a heavy drinker but used to drink 1-4 times a month, then cut back when went to uni but still about once or twice a month sometimes, then about once every 3 months then when I moved to halls back to once or twice a week and finally went about 18 months without drinking then I lost my tolerance for alcohol so half a pint and I felt groggy.

Tried drinking twice in the last year and both times I just go mad, I dont actually enjoy the experience just once I have one I dont want to stop so drink like 10-20 drinks(as I am overweight I dont get that drunk)

With that in mind shall I go out? I have a bottle of sourz my friend got me for my brithday 5 months ago and its untouched and its £5 entry to a club but £1 drinks all night.

Space out your drinking with soft drinks, and avoid hard stuff like vodka. Oh, and eat beforehand!

It sounds like your body is being reintroduced to alcohol. Best to keep relatively sober, take pictures of your drunk friends and embarrass them on Facebook. Much better than spending the night with your face in a toilet bowl.
