I made Christmas dinner this year pretty proud of myself for that! Although my best would be tapas. I made 8 different dishes. It took an entire day, and me screaming instructions at my family, but it turned out awesome. I had to cut up 9 chillis and I could feel the burning in my eyes the entire time

I'm a big time cook, I cook pretty much all my main meals from scratch. People say I make a mean beef stew, if anyone in my family is ever ill lool this is the first thing I make. Very revitalizing. Also, salmon and mackerel, very delicious, healthy and easy to work with. I made a grilled salmon dish the other day, marinating it with a sauce I made completely from scratch. I had to make the same the next day because everyone loved it so much.

I can cook fajitas, stir fry, pizza... nothing really exciting, but I can cook a fair few things. The most impressive is probably quiche!

Most things from scratch, but then tbf that was sort of my profession before going to uni...so....not really that impressive. As for what I tend to cook, well, not much since I've no money.

Cheesy Pasta. Sunny-side Up without the yolk cracking too...

I dont actually regard anything as impressive anymore. The most basic meals like a fried egg and bacon sandwich can be made in such a way, and made to look such a way, that it is more impressive than a platter of french cheeses fried in seasoned oil in specific pan gradients.

The most impressive thing I can cook, is probably beef wellington, very difficult to pull that off. The things I get the most compliments for are my curries.

Mind you, before starting university I was a chef so... Dont know if I count in this thread :P
