Personally it was a good year for me (ignoring the bad bits), because of the milestones I have reached and things I have achieved in comparison with the years before. Plus it was an eventful year anyway so its at the very least memorable. Hopefully 2013 will be just as good, maybe better (esp. for those who had a rubbish 2012). Happy New Year everyone!

The summer alone made 2012 for me. I got to see the track cycling at the Olympics and whilst I was in London I had a blast watching The Dark Knight Rises at the IMAX. In fact just the general buzz surrounding the Olympics and the Diamond Jubilee was incredible.

Nothing special. More on the downside as I had quite a few things going on, but hopefully all goes well this year.

2012 was a bit up and down for me personally but summer 2012 was, without a doubt, amazing - definitely one of the best summers I've ever had. It really was epic and hopefully 2013 will be even better.

Meh, I had a mediocre year. Highlights were passing my year at uni, seeing a Phil Collins tribute act and going to Kendal Calling music festival. Everything else was just average. Not my worst year, but not the greatest.

Overall it felt "meh". I started university in 2012 so I suppose it was an important year and one to remember, but it wasn't that remarkable otherwise.

Definitely the best year! So much good and bad things happened to me that taught me a lesson and I moved on.

Personally it was ok but because of the Olympics and the Paralympics it was fantastic.

It was a decent year i guess. The second half of 2012 was definitely better. Overall it was way better than 2011 though (y)
