    hey .. ehmm ..
    im 17 yr old girl .. and umm im only 156 cm tall :l
    i was hopin to grow atleast 2 more inches ! i dono if therll be a chance for me ?
    i was hopin if any of you been there n could advice me on somethin ?
    i bought zinc and vit d capsules ..
    tho im not sure itll help but anyhow im tryin it .. n i wanna try anythin that have a possibility of me gainin these two inches :/
    oh n P.S. my hands are longer than the rest of my body
    umm does that mean my body will still grow to become proportionate ?

    Girls generally stop growing around 16-17, but it's still possible you might gain an inch or two. Mostly it just depends on genetics i.e. your parents height, not sure if any supplements will help you grow.
