Firstly, clonal selection takes place so that the correct/specific B lymphocyte is chosen. B lymphocyte has cell surface receptor and the receptor site has a complementary shape to only one antigen. Cytokines are chemical messegers that binds to the B lymphocyte in order for B lymphocyte to stimulate. Once the antigen as binds this is the identification then acts as distress signals as lysosome is released in infected body cell and so this damages the pathogen and attaches to plasma membrane and acts as distress signal to stimulate cells in immune system. Then the macrophage engulfs the pathogen but does not fully digest them and antigen is incorparated into cell surface molecule exposed on macrophage acts as antigen presenting cell. The information is communicated and B lymphocyte undergoes clonal expanssion to produce in large numbers and divide by mitosis. Macrophages release monokines that attracts neutrophils by chemotaxis, macrophages release monokines that stimulate B cells to grow and release antibodies. Macrophages, B cells and T cells release interleukins that stimulates proliferation and differentiation of T and B cells. Also, many cells release interferon which inhibits virus replication and stimulate activity of T killer cells. B lymphocytes differenitate to form plasma/effector cells which releases antibodies and B memory cells are formed which manfactures white blood cells to prodvide long term immunological memory.cytotoxic cells detect the antigen to cause more developing of B lymphocyte

What exactly are you asking? If this would be okay as an exam answer or just a general overview?

Well, your description is a bit muddled, but you have the basics. What stage are you at, A-Level? Is English your first language?
