    3ct Pause CGBP:

    110*3 @ 9
    107.5*3 @ 9.5

    e1rm = 124.5

    Pin Squat:

    162.5*3 @ 8

    Snatch Grip Deadlift:

    150*1
    150*5*4

    GHR:

    BW+10kg*2*5

    Hmm started to get bicep pain again when pressing ffs. If it isn't one thing it's another :/ Also second set was crap as I hit the rack twice lol.

    Did some more squats today as I want to experiment with increasing frequency during high stress weeks.

    Decided to switch out sumos for snatch grip deads as for some reason I can't seem to do them without annoying my inner knee. Started out with grip at the ends of the bar but it seems to make it too awkward just for the sake of making it a true snatch grip for me so I brought each hand in about 1.5 inches.

    Squat w/belt:

    185*1
    200*3 @ 8.5 (PB)
    192.5*3 @ 8

    e1rm = 230

    2ct Pause Bench Press:

    110*2*1
    115*3*1

    Deadlift + mini band:

    190*1
    212.5*3 @ 9
    205*3 @ 8

    e1rm = 241

    Woah what a day. Squat has shot through the roof. Thought it might be because I was cutting depth or something but I was trying to go really deep on my back off set and that still felt pretty easy. ༼ つ ◕_◕༽つ THE POWER OF HIGH STRESS WEEK ༼ つ ◕_◕༽つ

    I've also noticed that my pec doesn't seem to be complaining anymore so I tried out some normal pause bench and it felt pretty good asides from the fact that I'm pretty weak at it now but it's at least something.

    Banded deadlift has also improved today as well \o/

    Today I learnt that if I tried rack lockouts from the top of my knee cap my ROM would be ridiculously small

    237.5*2 @ 8

    Push Press:

    92.5*5*1

    Pin Squat:

    175*2 @ 9
    175*2 @ 8.5

    e1rm = 195

    Hmm deadlift and push press felt a bit weak today. Might be because I feel a bit tired from being stressed out yesterday. Still a decent performance however. Maybe 257.5/260 for some singles next week if I feel better

    Pin squat was annoying as I couldn't use any good power racks. The pins are either way too low or too high. I did a set of each to average out lol. I was surprised how my strength was pretty decent on these though as it was such an awkward position.

    Decided to do some normal bench again to try and get into the swing of things. I have improved a lot since Monday but still quite a bit to go if I want to break PRs.

    Grip is really good on snatch grips now. Might yolo a 180kg sometime in the future.

    Hmm alright day. First squat rep was good although it felt really heavy. Second was **** as I fell forward a bit and had a reallllllllly long grind to save it.

    Bench was ok but I was hoping for it to be a bit better.

    Deadlift was really good! Strength increase and some really solid reps.

    hmm best paused close grip bench performance yet I think, and really good pressing today in general. Seems weird how whenever I'm not doing wide grip benching I make no pressing gains whatsoever e.g. when I was only OHPing and push press or recently when I was only CGBPing. ****test tricep genetics ever. Will have to make sure to keep that pec nice and happy!

    Low back was a bit sore and weak from that massive 9 reps of volume yesterday so I actually did a bit less than I was planning to do :P Still a decent performance as I felt about as strong as last week despite the fatigue.

    Also I'm gonna try out something again for next week's high stress week. Gonna move squatting to Sunday so nearly all of my lower body movements will have their own day that week ^_^

    eurgh I felt horrible during this workout. For some reason I've been feeling really tired and anxious for no reason yesterday and today. Felt like I just couldn't put any effort or focus into my sets. Even worse was that my tailbone felt funny which isn't a good sign. Seems like only deadlift was affected significantly though. Guess I can't win them all.

    Surprisingly push press was pretty good however. Might be because I used wrist wraps today as I got them as a present ^_^

    Five sets of some reps

    Meh felt a bit beat up so didn't really do much. Reverse hypers are quite nice. Feel like they do un-**** your back. They are really uncomfortable to perform though.
