    Decent session today. Had more in me than I thought so maybe cutting back on that extra set was a good idea.

    Bench was pretty good today although it's annoying that it feels like my left side is still weaker than my right most likely due to scar tissue or some shizz.

    Bench was annoying. If I left it at 3 reps I probably would've called it @7 but I must've lost my arch quite a bit on that last rep as that felt so much tougher. Still it's a good sign that I am slowly making progress as 115*3 @ 7 would put me back to where I was many months ago lol.

    And I decided to take another easy week for program congruence and because of time limitations.

    - Lots of lectures this week
    - Been doing lots of stuff to help with depression e.g. travelling to see specialists. Starting anti-depressants tomorrow which apparently can make you drowsy and/or feel worse for the first week.
    - Don't quite feel fully recovered probably in part due to low mood and also my two sets for deload experiment didn't seem to work.

    I should been fine when starting on next Monday to beat the crap out of myself with a high stress week - yey!

    Yea, the first week or two on anti depressants is not great tbh. It can pick up nicely afterwards though. What are you on?

    Deadlift and push press were a bit meh. I think Deadlift will pick up though once I get back to the grind. Gonna be changing push press back to CG Inclines as I'm a bit bored of it now. Only problem is that there is only one incline in the gym at it is usually taken so I will have to try to work in with people.

    Pause squat felt really good. Deffo @ 8 which would suggest gainssss. Part of the strength I think is returning to a wider stance. It feels awkward but it means I don't have to have ridiculous flexibility.

    Not sure if it's placebo effect but my god after only a day on Fluoxetine I feel so much better. If this continues then I honestly feel like I've been cheated out of five years of my life.

    I just can't seem to remember how to squat which is really annoying. All my squats are just pure glute/ham/low back power which is really annoying. I think I might go about trying to add a small beltless low bar squat session so I can try to fix my squat.

    Spent probably half an hour just squatting and stretching to try to correct my squat and at least in this session, and with 60kg, I feel like my squat is a lot better. However due to being busy and basically having to sit down all day it's gonna be hard to improve unfortunately.

    I just try to think about pushing my knees about before I descend. Probably need another one.

    I know that feel of depression as well bro, it sucks Good to hear you're feeling much better, hopefully it works out well! Finished my on my meds back in September, haven't looked back.
