    I've done 255*2*2 @ 9 or something and 260*1 @10 ages ago.

Don't really do anything atm because my damn course requires so much work. Pretty much work solidly 8-6 everyday.

Hmm first day where I've nearly had 'reasonable' form for my squat on my top set. Only last rep ruined it. Probably because I was able to take a narrow grip and not get elbow/bicep pain.

Will probably start bumping up calories slightly over the weekend. Weighed close to 103kg today

Always feel a bit weak on Mondays. At least my squat form seems to be improving. Didn't want to push a 5th rep which will just turn into a good morning again.

f'ed up the OHPing by letting the bar just drift forward too many times.

Deadlift felt surprisingly good as I tried out switching to my 'hips really high' starting position.

Felt like I nearly pulled a muscle in my lower back on the last set of squats, and due to the fact that I feel rather sleepy I just left it there to be on the safe side.

Hmm I swear ever since my medication dose got upped I am so tired. Like I yawn so much at the gym now.

Also starting to feel weaker most likely because of it. 220*5 was like @9/10 ;_; . Tempted to yolo a bit on my routine.

Is it a known side effect?

Do you take them in the morning? If so would you be able to take them later in the day, after training, instead?

Yeah, and I actually take them at night so it helps with falling asleep which is something I had trouble with in the past. Unfortunately the effects seem to last for quite a while. Maybe when I next see my doctor I should go onto a happy medium dose.

hmm think I've strained my left spinal erector or something which might be another reason why I've suddenly lost strength (was like this after the squatting on Tues). Felt a bit weird when warming up with deadlifts and then a bit sore afterwards so I think it needs rest. That and the fact that my physiotherapist wants me to stop exercises like squats and deads which are hard not to put load on my coccyx. May mean that I might do something like lunges or leg press for a while :/
