    Not sure I can be bothered to log today's workout. Was just a random assortment of stuff trying to work out what exercises I can do. Guess I main thing is that I'm switching from the inclines to some CG floor press work since it seems like my pec has been getting aggravated from this exercise somehow ¬¬

    The machine must weigh a fair bit.... You squat nearly 3x what I do yet we leg press similar?

    idk, I'm still building up and I'm kind of toying with the weight by making it go down as far as the machine allows and pausing it.

    Much better it seems. Has picked up since Saturday/Sunday quite suddenly.

    and in response to motorbiker, originally the deads didn't feel great yesterday but today they felt pretty good. Think I'll continue to bump up the weights.

    Keep being sensible with squats and Deadlifts. No point rushing if you'll end up having to rest and start all over again.
