Thanks, I haven't looked at Murray Edwards but it's Cambridge you know, all the colleges are still better than most and you get so many advantages just going. Plus there are loads of us in the same boat, we can all bond over it!

There is auto-pooling for the IB, but only post-exams. If you achieve 41/45, including 7,7,6 in 3 HL, then you get auto-pooled.

Similarly, if you're an international candidate who was interviewed abroad, getting a score of 8.5 in your interview = auto-pool.

Also, Scottish people with four SQA Highers at A1 are auto-pooled, and post-school Scottish applicants need A1A1A1 in three AH's.

what is sidney sussex like for being pooled in comparison to other colleges? They get about 2 people fished each year for history- is this good in comparison?

Yep, I'm aware of that - neither is true for me though. Haven't finished the IB yet. I've been following this thread for a while and I guess its time for me to feel its horrors from the inside.

There's a guy who got fished from Trinity for Maths on the 20th of Jan. Let's not lose hope unless Trinity contact us, which I think will be thursday (if they do have to contact us; I really hope not!)
