Ouchies-painful joints...

Problem One:

Ok, so about 4/5 months ago I fell off my horse and hurt my left shoulder. I leanded right on it and there was an almighty click, got up, got back on horse, felt fine until I got off, took my hat off and went to re-tie my hair and I couldn't lift my hand behind my head, shoulder basically stuck. Went home, mum hit me very hard, another click and I was fine.

Over the past 3/4 months I've been having constant problems with left shoulder. If I lie on it when in bed it hurts, if I lie on opposite side it hurts, if I lift my shoulder in certain ways it hurts BUT I can't pin-point the site of pain.

Mum said 'you'll live' but as I play double bass, it's becoming a wee problem now.

Who's best to go to? I'm thinking the doctors might not be able to do much but might be able to refer me to someone.....?

Problem Two:

About a week ago I woke up with a very painful neck after a decent nights sleep, it still hurts, quite a fair bit too, feels like I've pulled muscles but I did fall off another horse about 4 years ago and was in hosptial for a week with a fractured neck....

Again, who do I go to? Doctors?

Problems Three (sorry about this):

I woke up yesterday morning with a very painful right knee and right wrist....

This has puzzled me a lot as I didn't injure them during the day before and I slept like a log. I'm thinking I could have moved a lot in my sleep and knocked knee and wrist on my bed (it's got sticky uppy bits) but my wrist is hurting still and knee is painful when walking up stairs.

Doctors?

I feel like I'm falling apart, bit by bit I'm getting pains everywhere.

I did think 'growing pains' but I'm almost 18 and haven't grown for the last 2 years.... and it's only down one side of me (apart from left shoulder)....

Sorry for the essay....

Any advice at all??
