Obviously I know your answers have to be related to the case study and to the questions, but my teacher said there are certain topics that you can talk about if you're stuck for ideas that nearly always can be applied, and are good for gathering some marks if you're hitting a wall in the exam.
One was cost cutting so, workforce planning and capacity utilisation ect ect
You can use this when talking about objectives or expansion or survival and pretty much anything else.
Can anyone suggest anymore that can normally be applied to generic scenarios? If we get enough we could make a pneumonic and hopefully use it to get a few marks in the exam Stuff from U2 would be good too.
