I was wondering if it's possible to apply to Universities again through UCAS if you're already at Uni.

For example, say I have a conditional offer from a Uni but I do better than expected on results day and do not go through adjustment or withdraw my application. I end up going to that Uni but would it possible to enter the new UCAS cycle alongside Uni?

If it is possible, what would be different on the form? Student finance?

    Thanks.

It may be possible, but don't you end up paying a full years tuition fees for something you don't want to be doing? And then Grants ect, can you apply for those second time round?

I'm not a fan of the idea of having to take a gap year away from my boyfriend, and not having a safety net. I mean, if I went to the Uni at least I'd have a safety net and it wouldn't be too bad

I just want to explore the options

It's fine to reapply whilst at uni, although some unis (like Oxbridge) do not accept this. It will be stated on the uni websites if this is a problem. You will need to declare your university studies in the education section.

The main difference is that you may find you need to apply independently. This depends on who writes your reference - if it's from your old school they may ask you to apply through them (using the buzzword as you already did this year).
