hi, i havent sat any aptitude tests but i am also applying for engineering apprenticeship this year. im 28, been out of school 12 years ans rusty so i am a little concerned. the tests are designed to assess your ability and performance under pressure. you get lots of questions and not a lot of time to answer them, and they are tailored to be relevant to the sector you applying for. you have to work fast! they are also a way of screening talent so you need to pass the tests to get an interview. what are you applying for engineering wise??
