I know it's a subject that raises it's head regularly but a guy's offered to go for drinks. I've known him since early 2012 and we get on really well but there is a bit of attraction there and we constantly flirt. He offered because I turned 18 last month. I have a boyfriend who knows that we're meeting but I'm still cautious, because I don't want the other guy to get ideas that we're more than friends, any opinions?

Go have drinks, if he's a gentleman and knows you have a bf he won't try anything.

I'm pretty sure he won't try anything on because he is a good friend, I just don't want him to get the wrong idea

As long as there is no underlying motive, I don't see a problem.
