I was fine yesterday but I woke up during the middle of the night last night all of a sudden feeling very sick and clammy/sweaty. I wanted to be sick but unless my body forces it out I can't help but resist it. Iwas up from 4am sleeping on and off until 7am but wasn't sick once, just woke up having the same clammy feeling. I want downstairs and got a drink this morning and started sipping water, I generally felt better and was well enough to sleep from 9.30am to 1pm. Now I feel a lot better but can still feel it lingering (the sickness) in my stomach, how long before I should feel better?, do I have to be sick before it goes? and when should I start eating again?
