AQA GCSE B1 Adult Cell Cloning

How is the nucleus is removed from a cell during adult cell cloning? I know it's not in the specification but it helps me understand things to know the details! I was wondering whether maybe it is done by electric shock? That's how embryos are split in embryo cloning and also how a nucleus is fused into an ovum later on during adult cell cloning so it seems possible.
