Hi does anyone else have an interview on January 15th? If so any idea what you're going to say about current issues in the 0-19 work force? And what work experience has anyone done? Urgh, so nervous xD

Don't be nervous about your interview. If 'Child and Youth Studies' is something that you enjoy then the interviewer will clearly see this in what you say.

When talking about the 0-19 workforce think outside the box and do your own research into similar issues. This is what the university will be looking for. For example; you have the sweat shops that are going on in the Far East but look also at the historical factors to it. Consider Victorian England without the 0-19 workforce out in full swing. Write about the mental image of the population and how that has changed and look and the social and economic factors that force or encourage countries to use the 0-19 workforce.

In terms of Work Experience, look at what you have done on a whim. Do you help at a local cub or scout group? What did you do for your year 10 work experience? The university isn't looking for a golden record they are looking for someone who is as passionate about the course as they are.
