I think it's foxy as hell, and makes for great(er) sex for a girl to be pierced down there.
Does it really cost 50 pound though? Surely there could be one done cheaper?

Well, your own urine is sterile to yourself, so that can actually aid the healing process. For the first few days, you need to wash it with salt water, but it heals really quickly so you don't need to do that for long.
But you don't wee over your clitoris (unless you have some very odd anatomy)
