Ok so i'm having stomach cramps around my belly button area, they are coming and going, and vary in intensity.
They can move to just above my belly button too.
I have bad flu at the minute (fever and chills, snottiness and a cough), so I'm not sure if these are related or not.

Does anyone know what this might be? And what over the counter stuff would be best to take? I'm taking paracetamol regularly for my fever anyways but I can still feel the pain in my stomach.

    Thanks guys.

Have you been eating properly? Sounds like something I get when I don't eat properly (severe hunger pains). I'm not a doctor, might be related to your illness

You should tell a parent or guardian. But are you a girl or a boy? If you're a girl, it could be ovulation pains. Hope you feel better soon anyway
