This is a very silly question I know but I just need to know how uni works. Suppose I apply for Chemical Eng and a manage to get a place, can I change my engineering major to EEE ?? Do universities allow that??

I would doubt it... Chemical and Electrical seem to be two worlds apart, so you probably wouldn't be deemed qualified to do it.

At my university, they bunch all the "like" students together. So, mechanical/automotive/aerospace/motorsport share classes because it's a similar discipline. You might be able to hop between similar fields, but the ones you've listed seem to be separate areas entirely.

But hey, the only definitive way to know is to email the university. But, for safety's sake, I would apply for the course that you actually want to study.
