I sleep early myself...but only keep late nights if I have urgent homework. best way is to sleep in short periods over a long period of time. afternoon naps help.

Definitely afternoon nap is the connoiseurs way to solve tiredness! lol
I know what you mean, and I think the reason I feel tired is that I never really get the chance to catch up. Maybe thats the same for you too? I never get to bed before midnight and it's usually much later but I always have to be up by 8 during the week. I try to catch up at weekends, but it doesn't always work especially for me when I go out drinking on a friday then feel guilty for lying in bed saturday morning.... If you don't, make sure you have lie-ins on the days you can and try to get to bed fairly early a couple of times a week!

I agree, i never get to catch-up.

On weekends my Dad always gets me up early and i never get to sleep before 11 most nights, just sitting and worrying!
I barely sleep at all, I went to bed at 3 last night and got up at 9, which is late for me, on school days I go to bed about 1 and get up about 6, I get the feeling it's not good for me but I'm fine for being tired so hey, works for me!

Unfortunately I can't help much not having the same problem but I would suggest naps too, I've heard from others they can work wonders.
You may have anemia, or something fever, sorry forgot what it was called. They can both make you sleepy and lack energy. Check with your GP.

Eat better - more fruit and vegetables and exercise more. Sleep, but not too long as that can leave you feeling tired; you need to find your optimum. It could be anywhere between 6-9 hours a night. I'm sure an exception go beyond this boundary but this is just in general.

Weetabix in the morning is the breakfast for me.

Other cerials don't fill me up.
The best thing would be something with caffine, because that keeps you awake and alert. Try tea, coffee. You can also have coke aswell. Red bull has tonnes of caffine but donno if u should have that in da morning.

I donno if naps are a great idea unless they are pretty short.
It's all about your diet

dont you see how on you are what you eat..there are those fat people living on a terrible diet and are always tired and have no energy in themm..then she changes their diet around completley, and all of a sudden they are so energetic..you need to eat more healtily and drink more water, fresh smoothies in the morning are really good 2 x
