Moonraker Point: Grad Students who live there now

I'll be an international grad student at King's this fall and am leaning towards putting Moonraker Point as my first choice accommodation.
Although it's expensive, it seems to be very nice, centrally located, and in a safe area. According to Google maps, it would take about 15 minutes to walk to the Strand campus and Westminster/Trafalgar Square from Moonraker which is great.
If you're a grad student living there now, what do you think of Moonraker?
**If you live in a studio, do you like it? I'd like to have my own quiet space but am not sure if it would be hard to make friends without room mates.

Responses will be much appreciated, thank you!
