    gcse engineering double award - does having gcse's in this help if you want to do it at university ??????

    To be honest most likely not as most schools don't offer GCSE Engineering and would be seen as unfair to aspiring engineers like myself to be disadvantaged because like i said barely any schools offer it and Universities generally care about your results for maths and physics at A-Level and the only advantage you would have is that you did Further maths a level

    Agreed, I am adamant on becoming an engineer, but only up until recently have I heard about GCSE Engineering...I know for a fact that my school doesn't offer it which is annoying because I believe that it could have taught me more about engineering as a whole and would've given me a better idea, but life goes on..
