    Was it sent through school?

Regardless, the unis will probably find out when they see the cetrificates.

yh it was sent through school- so i told her to email ucas to change it otherwise her application can get cancelled

she hasnt lied about overall grades just some grades of her modules, do the universities get notified once you have made changes to your ucas form once you have applied or is it better to tell them in person?

    thanks

Ah right, I only asked because I thought maybe the school would pick it up, but obviously not. I guess they can't be expected to know everyone's results.

In answer to your question, I imagine if UCAS were informed, they'd then pass on the information to the universities the application has been sent to. But don't assume this, because I'm no expert - maybe this in the thread called something like "UCAS Apply 2013 FAQ" set up by Minerva, she usually replies pretty quickly. And well done for persuading your friend to be honest
