I turn up to every single class for Law and every other module for that matter and get 65% on my law essay yet I spent weeks on it. Guy who doesn't turns up to any lectures and starts it 3 days before hand in, gets 71%.

People are literally clueless, and spend half the time ringing me up asking me trivial questions, hell he even rang me up to ask who the lecturers was to put on the assignment and gets 71% lol. Does he knot know it is on VLE and the module handbook.

My mind is blown how I only got 65% really, yet I read my friends and it's full of grammatical errors.

in that case id advise you go to your law tutor and ask what you can do to get a high 2:1/first. I do International Relations and what I've found that makes a big difference between a mid 2:1 and a first is
    1) Quality of argument & range of sources used
    2) having a counter argument
