    Hi, I bought a bracelet for my sister but she didn't like it so i'd like to exchange it with something else. Should I go straight to the customer services for an exchange or I should return it 1st and then buy a new one?

    Fill in the slip for what you want to exchange it to then goto cust service

    Literally just go to customer services, say you would like to exchange the bracelet, show the receipt, pick the new one and walk out the shop.
