    Hi when you include images in a poster presentaion can you use them from websites?
    How do you reference them? Do you just reference the website or do you need permission? Thanks in advance just dont want to get into trouble with copywrite

    I'm not sure about copyright permissions, you may want to look that up before taking pictures from websites. If you do decide to include one you will need to reference them, you'd need to put in brackets the author's name, year the document was published and page number, with commas in between. If the source of the image is not the author's own, you will need to do a secondary reference, meaning you include (author, 'original year of image published image' cited in 'Smith 2005 (or wherever you first saw it)', p.33)
