When I reflect on embarrassing situations and moments that I keep reliving that I want to forget, I scratch myself/grind my teeth really hrad/pinch myself. Does anyone else do this?

    Hi

I have a similar problem when I reflect on embarrassing situations and moments that I keep reliving that I want to forget, except instead of scratching or grnding my teeth I blurt out short negative phrases about my self and others. i don't normally do it when i know people can hear me, but its still really distressing because i don't usually mean the things i say. I don't know why it happens, i thought it could be something like OCD?

I do that as well. Or I have full blown conversations and facepalm. Or I sound like a madman.

Yeah, me too. Full convos that get too heated/intense that I just stop and I'm like, what am I doing?! Tumblr suggests that's normal?
