    Hi,

My college doesn't do January AS exams so I decided to take them privately (early)... That way if I don't do well the first time, I can redo it in June - with everybody else).

    My only question is:

what if I don't do so stellar but make up for it in June? Will I still have to declare the module in my UCAS form?

i really want to get into oxford and don't want anything to affect that...

If you take a January exam and re-sit it in June, you don't have to declare it. If you take a June exam and re-sit it in January, you do.
